It is a real-time audiovisual device that intertwines electronic processing, generative visuals, and acoustic drums in a continuous dialogue between gesture, matter, and form.
Inspired by the architectures certain arachnid species build to inhabit the world, this project approaches the web not merely as a functional structure but as a sensory system — a space of listening, of expanded perception, where every vibration is a message and every tension, a language.
The live-generated weavings are not meant to illustrate but to summon: forms that emerge and dissolve in response to sound, activated by frequencies, impacts, and rhythms that reshape the visual landscape in constant transformation. The drum set thus becomes a catalyst for mutations, shifting the visual toward almost organic behaviors.
The proposal does not reproduce the biological but rather appropriates its principles: symmetry, plasticity, responsiveness to the environment.
